PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING
Currently, Bernd Richter GmbH has 18 vertical injection molding machines and four fully automatic molding presses. We can mold in a large variety of plastics to optimize your cable system designs. With over 25 years of experience, we understand the need to control every molding variable to produce the best molded parts available in the cable and connector industry.

CLEANROOM
Cables for Class III devices place special demands on cleanliness in production. In accordance with the Bioburden regulations, we have the option of qualifying part of our production in accordance with DIN ISO 11737-1 from the very first production step.

Labeling
Product marking and labeling are the final production steps prior to packaging. In the shipping department, the product is imprinted with the appropriate traceable or serial number information as required by industrial standards. All customer requested information, documentation, IFUs, labels and markings are once again checked for completeness and accuracy, before shipping.
