Bernd Richter creates 3D Solidworks models to bring your concepts to fruition, based upon your inputs, specifications and unique requirements. These models are used for concept discussions, prototypes, toolmaking and as input for the final drawings.

The perfect tools for every product. Having our own toolmaking shop gives us the independence to quickly create and modify the plastic injection molding tools as needed to make your custom cables and connectors. We have the ability to create complex multi-movement tools in-house.

Prototyping
Creating prototypes from the models and concepts allows you to physically touch the product design and brings it closer to reality. The connector and receptacle fit can be simulated as well as the feel of the overmolded designs. Bernd Richter can rapidly produce these during the development phase of your product.
